DRUUMM leadership prioritizes a Spring and Fall virtual caucus each year hosted via Zoom. These events are generally hosted on a Saturday from 1pm to 4pm Eastern to engage as many members as possible. The caucus program is co-created by and for members, and interested BIPOC friends are welcome to attend.

Past programs have focused on:
- Racial/ethnic caucusing and building solidarity between Black, Indigenous and People of Color
- Gender and LGBTQ identity and liberation
- Spiritual journeys and theological traditions
- Geographic communities
We are regularly seeking volunteers from our membership to help develop and lead our caucuses, facilitate small groups, and offer their gifts to our community. Reach out if you’re interested in getting more involved.
